We accept bikinis purchased from mahinabikinis.com in new condition with tags and liners still intact in order to receive your full refund. Unfortunately, you will have to provide the shipping costs. You have 30 days from the day that you purchased your item(s) to return. Please note that all sale items are final sale and are not eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item and whether we have approved or rejected your refund.
If you are approved, a credit will automatically be applied back to the card you used to make the purchase.
Later or missing refunds (if applicable)
If for some reason you have not received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund it officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund yet, please do not hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
